I am and will forever be a NICU mom. On November 3rd, 2022, my world changed forever when I gave birth to my daughter at 27 weeks via emergency c-section. She spent 100 days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In an effort to keep up with sometimes overwhelming medical updates and process my emotions, I began documenting the day-to-day changes in medical information and journaling to process my emotions. You and I: A Journal for NICU Parents was born from this experience. It includes prompts to log baby's birth statistics, birth story, milestones, and medical updates while also leaving room to explore and process your feelings and emotions as a parent on this journey. It is a purposeful keepsake that offers a method for documenting you and your little miracle's journey in the NICU.
